岗位职责：

任职要求：

Job Responsibilities:

Greet students and parents, answer their inquiries, and provide relevant information and assistance.
Handle incoming phone calls and emails, and manage daily administrative tasks.
Assist in managing student records and maintaining up-to-date student information.
Schedule classes and coordinate timetables for teachers and students.
Assist in organizing and coordinating various center events and meetings.
Handle daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations of the center.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or above, with relevant work experience preferred.
Able to read, write and converse in Mandarin.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in common office software (e.g., Word, Excel).
Ability to work independently, with good time management and problem-solving skills.
Team player with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Job Scope for Tuition Instructor:

Conduct tuition classes for primary or secondary school students. 协助小学/中学学生的补习课程
Homework coaching and assisting in before/after-school care.辅导并协助学生完成家庭作业
Overseeing students' discipline. 监督学生的纪律
Able to read, write and converse in Mandarin. (Mandarin Speaking) 能够说、读、写中文
