The next wave – Internet of Things (IOT) – will transform the businesses, blur the business boundaries and change the rule of the game for all industries. Customer services and operation decisions will be done by Artificial Intelligence (AI), companies will compete on customer centric, end-to-end solutions, and data is the new soil (to continuously fertilize and sustain the business advantage).
