Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market analyses to consistently update and provide strategic pricing recommendations for property sales.
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Enhance sales performance by promptly and professionally addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Foster collaboration and maintain close partnerships with agencies to optimize sales activities.
Execute sales strategies and marketing initiatives with a focus on upholding a high standard of service quality.
Develop and distribute a comprehensive sales toolkit, comprising brochures, letters, and marketing collateral, to equip the sales team effectively.
Provide administrative support to streamline client interactions and ensure seamless sales operations.
Proactively cultivate relationships with property agents to expand the sales network and amplify visibility of property listings, including coordinating viewings and documentation.
Ensure the integrity and precision of property listing databases and transaction records are maintained.
Develop guidelines and workflows to ensure effective sales floor management, uphold sales team discipline, and resolve conflicts.
Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Generate, analyze, and propose strategies for timely sales-related reports.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales management within the property development industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Good in building rapport with customers.
Strong motivation to achieve sales target.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (need to liaise with Mandarin Speaking Customer).
