We are excited to announce that we are expanding our team in Malaysia and looking forward to having new Account Executive in our team!

Job Responsibilities:

Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
Type accurately, prepare and maintain a set of accounting documents, records and filings
Handle full sets of accounts and all financial reporting activities
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
Prepare monthly cash flow reports, statutory financial statements and consolidated accounts
Prepare management and financial statement analysis reports
Prepare and participate in the annual external audit process, annual internal audit process, and monthly and yearly account closing processes
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary and governmental agencies as required by our company
Maintain proper finance reports and filling system at all times
Assist on administrative or other duties from time to time as required by management

Job Requirements:

Possess an LCCI, ACCA, CIMA, or related diploma/bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
At least 3 years of experience in an accounting department
Familiarity with book-keeping and basic accounting procedures
Lengthy experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting Systems
Accuracy and attention to detail
Interpersonal qualities to work independently and with teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM4,999.00 per month
