We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a contract assistant. The contract assistant will work closely with the project management team to support the successful execution of various tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare project documentation such as quotations, purchase orders, work orders and payment claims
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure smooth project execution
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling and distribution of materials
- Assist the managers and directors in organizing and controlling project activities
- Assist in the coordination of project resources, including personnel and materials
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of project issues
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Maintain project records, including contracts, change orders, and other relevant documentation
- Support project quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to quality standards
Requirements:
SPM or other equivalent certificates
