  • Obtaining a comprehensive understanding of our client’s needs and requirements to develop a comprehensive market mapping and the ideal candidate profile
  • Formulating a search strategy to identify targeted industries and companies.
  • Executing the strategy using our comprehensive information network and in-house computer database.
  • Conducting in-depth screening, assessment and evaluation, which allow us to determine the organizational and personality fit.
  • Establishing profile for each candidate we represent and ensuring both candidate and client are well served.
  • Presenting top candidates’ executive summary to clients together with our comments. The time frame between finalization of job specifications and presentation of the first candidate will be a maximum of two weeks.
  • Helping to negotiate the compensation package and in assisting in employment offer process
  • Managing transition by following up and discussing with clients and candidates upon reporting to work. Continuing to follow through until the candidate is confirmed on the position.
