To review the Management report of the operating companies to ensure consistency / compliance with group policies and applicable approved accounting standards.
To assist in handling all inter-company matters, including reconciliation, settlement, and issues resolution.
To oversee day-to-day financial operations such as daily transactions, payable, receivable and etc.
To improve internal control procedures on accounting & reporting systems
To coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support inter-company activities
To coordinate and liaise with external parties, such as external auditors and tax agents when required.
To coordinate monthly / quarterly closing and year-end closing processes.
To assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and related documents.
To assist in financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
To assist in the preparation of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) matters.
To set up and implementation of E-Invoicing
Any others duties as and when required by the superior.

Requirement: -

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in account and audit is essential
Degree in Accountancy or other equivalent professional qualifications
It will be an advantage with experience in Crude Palm Oil
Good analytical and interpersonal skills with good communication skill.
Excellent attention to detail with ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
