Founded in 1985, Dutama Properties is one of the pioneer real estate agencies in Malaysia. Though Dutama has been in the market for over 3 decades, it has chosen to maintain a relatively small and tight-knit team of less than 100 management and negotiators whom are all specialists at their respective domains. This culture of focus also means that Dutama is one of the few agencies in Malaysia with a dedicated team specializing in aiding foreign clients in purchasing, investing and renting property in Malaysia.

Dutama’s specialization and decades experience also allowed its management and negotiator teams to establish relationships with most of Malaysia’s largest property developer brands, where it often aid developers with the marketing and sale of their newly launched residential, commercial or industrial developments.

Since 2010, Dutama have organized and/or participated in many local and international real estate exhibitions and roadshows to generate awareness and sells of Malaysian property. Due to their relatively close proximity to Malaysia and relatively high interest in Malaysian property, Dutama are regular exhibitors in Jakarta, Beijing, GuangZhou, ShenZhen, ShangHai, Taipei & Hong Kong. In recent years, Dutama have also exhibited Malaysian property in Paris, London, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Doha and Moscow. It also serve many Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) participants whom invest in Malaysia, taking up residency either by investing, creating a business, enrolling children into local education institutions and/or undergoing medical treatments in Malaysia. Dutama’s international ventures coupled with its dedicated team of specialists focusing on foreign clients have helped it to create strong client relationships and amassed a large portfolio of clientele from the Middle East, Europe, North America, South East Asia and Greater China.

On the domestic front, Dutama has specialists in key urban areas such as greater Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Seremban, focusing in desirable and/or upcoming areas such as Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), KL Golden Triangle, Puchong, Cyberjaya, Penang Island and Seremban 2.
