Our firm was established in 1993, primarily as a litigation practice but since then, we are proud to announce that we have grown from our modest beginnings to a full service firm offering comprehensive legal services to our clients.

Our areas of practices are as follows; 

Corporate Division : Our practice provides a full range of legal services as general corporate or special counsel to public and private enterprises and their investors. Our portfolio includes mergers and acquisitions, due diligence reviews, business / corporate restructuring and re-organization, joint ventures and strategic alliances and project finance. 

Conveyancing Division : We represent clients in real estate conveyances, tenancies, and leases both commercial and residential, commercial agreements, property financing in particular loan and security documentation, banking and trading facilities. 

Litigation Division : We provide full range of dipsute resolution, litigation and arbitral services. Our approach to dispute resolution is first, to handle every matter with the business interests of our clients in mind. Consistent with our clients' interests, we explore every effort to resolve matters out of court and negotiate settlements whenever appropriate and feasible to do so. However, should litigation prove necessary, our lawyers are bold, agressive and have the know-how and experience in the conduct of trials and through the appellate process.
