We are a small, but passionate Kuala Lumpur-based design studio working mainly with international high-profile clients in the 'live' entertainment, banking, high tech and market research sectors. Most of our clients have been with us since we started operations in 1997.

How do we ensure such loyalty? Because we strive not just to meet the expectations of our clients but to surpass them -– both in the creativity and service.

What makes us different? We approach design projects in a 'holistic' manner. There is none of the sub-divisions of tasks found in most other agencies. We expect our designers to be 'holistic' in their approach to each job -- ie to undertake and understand the entire design process -- from project briefs from client to supervising project delivery. Any lack of understanding will show up in the quality of the design. At a time when technology has made the tools of design so powerful (and so easy to use!) that even clients are able to master them, we designers need to ensure that what we bring to the equation is not just expertise in Photoshop or page layout skills but depth and intelligence in answer to the brief.

What are we looking for? A graphic designer whose first love lies in Print-based design. We take it as given that applicants to this position will have the necessary design qualification and adequate skills in the array of ubiquitous software applications used in our industry. But these are mere tools that help shape ideas. Creative ideas originate elsewhere. It emerges from an inquisitive mind striving to solve communication problems -- from personal experiences, memories, of things read or seen, and influences from the everyday world around.
