Googolplex Holdings Berhad is a "New Age Real Estate" company envisioning to create a holistically innovative business model in the areas of property development, real estate agency, property management, boutique hotel chains and social co-working space.

Initially founded by 3 schoolmates from Batu Pahat in 2013, the Group now has 7 offices in Petaling Jaya (HQ), Kota Damansara, Puchong, Johor Bahru, Melaka, Kuantan and Ipoh. As part of the company's expansion plan, another 5 branches are in the pipeline for opening in 2017. The top management are consisting of 9 energetic partners of vastly diversified background from banking, international marketing, hospitality and accounting. The group has achieved property transaction value in excess of RM1 Billion in 2015 and 2016 respectively. 

The committed team is being led by Group Chairman Peter Lee, Group CEO Christopher Liang,Group Managing Director Tan Kee Hong and Group CFO Ben Chow. The Group's CEO, Mr. Christopher Liang has recently been awarded Most Influential Young Entrepreneurs Award 2016officiated by Minister of International & Industrial Malaysia.

The group is seeing rapid growth despite unfavourable economic climate. In fact, 2017 will be the group's most exciting year yet as the group is set to launch its themed hotel series, business and boutique hotels as well as opening up co-working spaces in KL, Ipoh and JB after intensive and extensive preparations. The group will also launch its first condominium project in the Klang Valley via a joint-venture partnership. The project will be specifically designed for Gen-Y home buyers who are inspired to live in a home of modern designs with practical usage of spaces and smart-compact furniture, at a very affordable price range.

Moving forward, the group is looking to further expand and venture into the emerging South East Asia countries and subsequently other Asia markets for their various businesses. Ultimately the group is envisaging to list the company on Hong Kong Stock Exchange by 2020.
