Commercial Centre Maintenance Operator (1)

- Upkeep of building and defect works of complex building.

- Responsible for daily cleaning and clearing of complex public amenities and utility area.

- Review and implement best practice procedures (SOP) in regards to all operation matters for the malls.

-To service complex client’s tenants and assist management office for dispatching claim of maintenance charge etc.

- Expected salary RM1500 - RM2000.

-Working area in Ipoh Perak. (BERCHAM AREA)

Requirements

-Fluent in English, Bahasa (written&spoken) good command of CHN/Cantonese dialogue is a plus.

-Minimum SPM or above education.

-Strong technical knowledge skills.(Preference Electrical)

-Minimum of 5 years above relevant working experience.

-(M) with own transport.

-Basic computer software skills.
