Global Explorer Sdn Bhd (GESB) core activity is the installation of power, telecommunication cables and umbilicals in shallow water and difficult terrains. GESB lay and bury on the seabed cables in these areas providing safe and quality services, performed economically in a timely manner.  GESB use experienced methods and innovative solutions with GESB designing and manufacturing project specific lay and burial equipment where necessary.  GESB perform the installation and burial of cables from GESB owned and operated installation barges with a range of chartered support vessels.

GESB also provides services to the offshore oil and gas industry with EPIC and day rate services for the installation of flexible flowlines and umbilicals in shallow water.  GESB use techniques and equipment specially adapted or manufactured to suit the field development or installation project requirements.
