Center of Electrical Energy Systems (CEES) is one center of excellent in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with a reputable track record.  Our research activities is highly focus on investigation and improvement of energy generation efficiency, restructuring of electricity industry, fiscal incentives for distributed generation, renewable energy and electric power quality. Most of our research projects involved collaboration with local and international companies which has developed powerful partnerships. In 2010, CEES has been awarded with a multimillion consultancy services for duration of more than two years and a few research grants from the Ministry of Higher Education.
