ABOUT US

GMO Holding Sdn. Bhd. was established in 2018 by a group of manager coming from different Grandma Ong Restaurant branches. After the branches were merged together, it was renamed GMO Holding Sdn. Bhd. As a management owned company, GMO Holding Sdn. Bhd. focuses its management philosophy around 2 vision; Internationalizing Malaysian street food，and its mission is to Inherit classic Malaysian street food.

GMO Holding Sdn Bhd is located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Currently 100% holds three subsidiaries. including GMO Trading (M) Sdn. Bhd. is an FMCG trading company which mainly focusing on Grandma Ong's FMCG products.

MISSION

Our mission is to inherit Malaysian street food. Malaysia does not lack good food, what we lack is a modern management model that makes our local food to be internationalised. This is also the fatal point for many well-known Malaysian local food stalls to be closed down. To succeed in succession, it requires education and patience; to expand, it requires systems and teams; to become a strong enterprise, it requires models and funds. We need all these to achieve the vision. As now, we are working hard to:

·  turn Grandma Ong into a representative for Mee Hun Kueh, and be the best in the industry.

·  we will do a good job in the F&B system, inherit more old brands

QUALITY POLICY

We firmly believe that quality is the best marketing. However, quality management is an extremely complicated process. We strive to pursue the most stable and best quality.

We use natural ingredients and scientific preservation methods in the process of food preparation. The process of preparing food is extremely relying on skills. Thus, we achieve our good food quality through the implement of the central kitchen. We simplify the operation of the store, manage the standard operation SOP, and standardize the tools and equipment, so that employees can quickly and easily handle the food, and at the same time, to ensure that the consistency of taste.

At the front desk, we have always infused the culture of roadside stalls into the management. At the back stage, we always think about customers, we keep improving on the food handling skills, so our employee be able to deliver a bowl of delicious noodles to serve the customer.
