Although Incorporated in Year 2012 as a construction company, the story of Goodwill Division Sdn. Bhd. Began in Year 2009 when we refocused our core business to property development.
Our first property development - the 3.2 acre Taman Megah Ria at Masai, Johor subsequent Goodwill Division Sdn. Bhd. projects: a well-planned development that balances affordable quality residential and commercial properties with an outstanding landscape and community centric facilities.
Leveraging on the strong demand for commercial and investment grade properties, Goodwill Division Sdn Bhd. has expanded into the commercial sector with projects such as ... and the upcoming residential project in Year 2012.
It launched the first luxury high-rise condominium, named D' Carlton Seaview Residences in Taman Megah Ria, Masai, Johor.
