• We serve universities, colleges and governments from around the world. We deliver services via our offices in the US, China, Southeast Asia, India, and Brazil.
• We have a ten year track record helping universities, colleges, governments, and school districts succeed in their international initiatives.
Originally founded in New York and Beijing in 2005, Grok began its work in China, where we originally undertook market research and advisory for institutions, corporations and governments. In 2009, we began to grow more quickly and created our program office service. Grok now has offices in Beijing and Shanghai.
• By 2012, our clients were urging us to deliver our services in other geographies. Recognizing that India, as the second largest international education market, was key to our clients’ interests, we sought to create a mechanism whereby Grok could deliver the equivalent of its China services in the Indian market.
• After extensive due diligence, Grok selected Sannam S4 as our sister company in India. While Grok defines its services in the India market and continues to provide relationship coordination, we are also able to take advantage of Sannam’s market expertise and local presence, with offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chennai.
• In 2014, Sannam S4 opened an office in São Paolo, Brazil through which Grok is now able to deliver services as well.
• In 2014, Grok began to serve clients in Southeast Asia, including the Government of Canada, primarily offering market research and delegation assistance.
• In early 2015, Grok opened Grok Southeast Asia Sdn. Bhd., headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Through Grok SEA we are able to assist clients with the pursuit of their international education.
