The Developer incorporated in 2008, is a wholly owned subsidiary of GSB Group Berhad. In September 2009, the company launched its pioneer project, Laman Ara Utama – 44 units of condovilla in Kampung Kayu Ara, Petaling Jaya with gross development value of RM 21 millions. The company has strived towards achieving a successful and professional run management not only in the technical aspect – always advancing in line with vast latest materials and products, thereby constructing better quality buildings with effective pricing. It aims to produce economical yet quality building to meet the much competitive building in the present economic situation.
The Property development segment of the Group includes property development of residential and commercial properties. Currently we are developing a mixed development known as g Residence in Johor Bahru.G Residence is a freehold apartment located in Plentong, Johor Bahru. There are 480 units available at this project with built-up from 653 sf. G residence offers a retail podium and two 25-storey tower blocks of serviced apartments. The tower blocks are linked via a spectacular Sky Bridge Garden that promises a gorgeous view of its surrounding area.
