i2 Energy Sdn Bhd is the clean energy subsidiary of Protasco Berhad. As a SEDA licensed CIDB G7 Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Service Provider, we make solar easy and help our customers harvest the sun. We provide holistic solar energy solutions to our customers covering engineering design, procurement, construction, operations, and maintenance services (EPCC + O&M). The company acts as a turnkey contractor to the groups’ solar PV assets and have applied our expertise and resources on residential, commercial, industrial, and large-scale solar projects across Malaysia with plans to expand into Southeast Asia. We are expanding our team and have a vacancy for a Solar PV Sales Executive.

Qualifications & experience

Minimum a Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic), Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent holder.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the sales & marketing sector and/or solar PV industry and/or electrical and mechanical industry related to sales and/or engineering.

Tasks & responsibilities

Participate in project tendering task force team to lead on commercial part for tender submission.
Establishing new leads and provide good after sales service support to existing customers.
Communicating with new and existing customers by making calls, on digital platforms (emails, Instagram, Facebook & etc.) and meeting in person.
To develop proposals and quotations for customers.
Scheduling and making presentations (in-person and online) and demonstrating how our solutions will meet customer needs.
Negotiating and closing all sales terms & conditions, tender and contract terms.
Participate and implement sales, marketing, and branding activities such as preparing sales kits, online and print advertising, exhibitions, roadshows, webinars, and Facebook live.
Overall key contact person to the customer from soliciting business to successful commissioning of the project.
Preparation of sales report for updating and discussion purposes with the management team.

Salary Range: RM2,500 – RM4,000 (subjected to experience and evaluation)
