ICY CURLS ENTERPRISE

We would like to introduce the famous “Thai rolled ice cream” to the Ming Tien Food Court in Bandar Utama, Selangor. This popular street food is gaining popularity in Malaysia and we would like to introduce our array of ingredients and flavours which include mango, milo, coffee, chocolate, marshmellow, Oreo and many others to the customers at this foodcourt.

The idea of opening this stall came during a holiday to Phuket, Thailand in September 2018, whereby Dr. Vanessa (owner) was very impressed with the unique preparatory style and delicious taste of the various flavours of this style of ice cream.

This led to the opening of Icy Curls Enterprise, with the intention of introducing and promoting this Thai style rolled ice cream to the Malaysian market. Icy Curls is a joint effort of Vanessa and her husband, Hari who are both food lovers. Besides this venture, Vanessa is a practising medical doctor while Hari is a practising professional civil engineer.
