Idaman Suri is a department store that sells kitchenware and household items. Established 30 years ago, this organization grew from ground up solely through word of mouth. Unknown to us till recently, there was a community Facebook page by customers, thousands of likes, numerous check-ins and pictures using the hashtag #idamansuri (Yes, we used to live under a rock!). This finding kicked off our efforts to transform a traditional business to diversify, innovate and develop to changing times.
