Ideal City Development Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 11 March 1995 under the Malaysian Companies Act, 1965 as a private company limited by shares with its registered office at No. Blok B-8-3, 3rd Floor Jalan PJU 5/14 Sunway Giza Mall *7810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
PRINCIPAL BUSINESS ACTIVITY
The principal business activity of the Company is in property development.
The Company has successfully completed the development of the following:
a) mixed residential and commercial development on Lot 489, Mukim and Daerah Seremban with a total land area of about 108.4 acres. The development is known as “SRI PULAI 3”.
b) residential development on Lot 1010, Kajang with a total land area of approximately 10 acres. The development is known as “SAUJANA DAMAI”.
At present, the company has obtained DO to develop a 18 storey commercial building with over 183 units of office suites and 28 retail units in Kelena Jaya known as Infinity Tower. Construction has just began since April 2013 and successfully launched in Feb 2013 with 80% sold.
