With our Manufacturing operations based in South East Asia, we are incorporated here in Malaysia where we are heading up our Design and Development team

We pride ourselves on being a customer driven bespoke design and manufacturing company, with an emphasis on guiding the client through from the very inception of their idea right to the factory floor.

IdeaLab Design & Manufacturing is UK owned and operated with over 12 years experience in China working for international companies such as Disney, Coca-Cola and Carnival Cruise Lines.

Generally we are looking for hard working, creative individuals (We are design focused). Some experience in garment and bag design is necessary and preferred but graduates are of course welcome.

We do allow for remote working and we are a flexible, growing company with lots of room for growth. We hope our employees can share this vision and be a part of that growth.
