In order to achieve this level of quality, IFC has secured sole distributorship with a top Korean Tile Manufacturer, namely Rubens Carpet Co. We believe that the level of workmanship of Rubens Carpet Co. will be able to provide the local market with a new found appreciation for high quality PVC floor tiles.
