IIUM Properties Sdn. Bhd. (IProperties) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the IIUM Holdings Sdn. Bhd. Established in 2001, IProperties since then has built its reputation in property management business, particularly in facilities and residential management. With a strong foundation built from the property management, IProperties has widened their business scope to include construction and is focused to remain the University's lead company in property management and construction culminating in property development in the near future.
The Board of Directors of IProperties consists of highly experience professionals including practising Architect, Engineers and Town Planners invovled in construction and property development industry.
With increasing demand for environmental friendly impact, IProperties is exploring the development and construction of green building technology including building energy efficient and environmental friendly buildings.
IProperties is also pursuing to ensure that its business activities are Syariah compliant to maintain a niche in the industry and value add its services provided.
