Imagica International Asia Sdn Bhd

Imagica International Asia Sdn Bhd (“IIA”) was established in February 2014, which is a wholly owned subsidiary by IMAGICA Co. Ltd., a Japanese leading post production company. IIA invested into a joint venture with Candelon Ventures Sdn Bhd (“Candelon”), a wholly owned special purpose vehicle (“SPV”) of Khazanah Nasional Berhad, to set up a post-production facility, Imagica South East Asia Sdn Bhd (“Imagica SEA”) at the Pinewood Iskandar Malaysia Studios in Johor.
