JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR FINANCE EXEC

Financial Processing

· To process and oversee the work of financial transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivables, payment vouchers

· Providing and interpreting financial information

· Monitoring cash flows

· Monitoring petty cash / overtime / claims

· Managing cheque book

· Update financial spreadsheets with daily transaction

· Ensuring all payments and records are accurate and done in a timely manner.

Financial Reporting

· Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;

· Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;

· Managing budgets;

· ⁠Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditor, company secretary, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the Inland Revenue

Financial Planning

· Find ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes.

· Maintain up to date financial system knowledge.

· Make sure financial legal requirements are met.

· Developing financial reporting systems.

· Analyze market trends to discover business opportunities and maximize profits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
