MicFront Academy of Public Speaking was established in 2016 by the founders Mas Mahathir (World Top 3 Public Speaker) and Dr Jolynn Ch'ng. With their background in psychology and counseling, they realized that the main challenges faced by most adults nowadays are due to poor self-esteem and poor relationships. Therefore, they strive to guide future leaders from young to help them build better self-esteem and better communication skills through their public speaking programmes.

At MicFront Academy of Public Speaking, we don't just teach powerful and engaging public speaking delivery methods, we want to help as many individuals as possible to be the best version of themselves because we believe that everyone is unique in his or her own ways.

If you are passionate about influencing people, especially kids to be better speakers, outstanding leaders as well as compassionate human beings, this might be the right place for you.

We value RESULTS in the work that we do. We want to see real changes in our students because there is no meaning in our work in we don't see results in them. Therefore, we will strive to provide the best quality of education help them be the confident, empowering and inspiring leaders we envision them to be.

We value EMPATHY in our team. Empathy towards our students and the various backgrounds they come from, empathy towards parents and clients, empathy towards our team, and empathy towards our superiors. We are a team of solutions-focused people, and we look forward and achieve results, rather than play the blame game (no one likes the blame game, it's no fun!).

Lastly, we value FUN. Fun with our students by creating a learning environment of healthy and holistic learning through games, and educational activities. Be it a child or a grown up, we all love fun and games! We also need you to make your work fun. Training, and teaching can be very taxing and exhausting, and to ensure we don't work ourselves mad, we need to add an element of fun in our work.
