Innovative Precast Builders Sdn. Bhd. was established in 2001 and with many years of experience, coupled with intensive research and development has developed a revolutionary new building material called IPB interlocking load bearing concrete block.

The IPB composite wall system is formed by IPB interlocking load bearing concrete blocks which do not need conventional column, beam and lintel thus reducing cost, wastage and time.

The IPB composite wall system is in use in Malaysia, Laos, Thailand. Vietnam, factory start operate in May 2018 . IPB concrete wall system has been internationally patented through the PCT convention.
