InPost is the brand for a network of terminals and related postal serices enabling posting and collecting parcels.  Inpost specializes in delivering goods purchased online and reverse logistic.

InPost launched in Poland in 2009 and has become an internationally recognised brand. As our international expansion emerges we have an opportunity to define what our brand stands for and how it should be communicated.

InPost won several international awards, which made It a well recognised brand worldwide. We want to leerage on this potential to build an internationally recognised brand.

InPost acts either as a leading service brand or as a guarantee of the usage experience (depending on the business model)

Inpost brand is used by the Integer.pl and a number of external partners in different countries. Verbis Alfa sp.z.o.o. is the owner of the brand. Our goal is to makesure we’re all heading in the same direction in communicating the InPost brand to all stakeholders ant that we use consistent rules.
