The Institute of Strategic and International Studies (ISIS) Malaysia is now 20 years old. We are world-class and internationally recognised in the four corners of the globe. We have delivered the biggest of bangs for the smallest of bucks. Because of rigorous financial management and the support we have received at home and abroad, we have cost just over a million ringgit a year to run over the last two decades, despite a substantial budget. We believe that we have made a difference. But it is now to prepare, to build and to launch into our next two decades - to 2020 and beyond. This process must begin, as always, with one most precious resource : people : outstanding people with outstanding minds and remarkable hearts, who are dedicated to this country that others might call "Malaysia", that we call home.
