It is part of the accredited global human resource corporation (approved by Malaysia Ministry of Human Resource) and provides training & consultancy services, recruitment and HR Management services to local and foreign multinationals. They are recognised by China, Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippine governments and they have achieved the first private accredited HR Management Company who had completed EICC VAP without any findings in Malaysia. They were also awarded the first Indonesia G2P (Government to Private) Recruitment program by Indonesian goverment - BNP2TKI.

 

With the US-China Trade War and rapid changes in the global manpower industry Inter will be expanding its training resources and EduCAD Training Programs jointly with University of Technology Malaysia (School of Professional and Continuing Education) and Ministry of Human Resources (Manpower Department( in designing tailored industry training programs to most FDI's local manpower in Malaysia..
