Ivan migrated to Australia in 2010 and started work as a Medical Recruiter. He successfully recruited a number of Overseas Trained Doctors to work in District of workforce shortage areas within Australia. With his help, these doctors have now settled in Australia with their families.

In 2015, he gained a Graduate Certificate of Migration Law and Practice from the Australian National University and became a Registered Migration Agent.
