Born in Kuala Lumpur in 2020, Hills Pilates has expanded around the globe, bringing Pilates to hundreds of people not only in Malaysia but also around other Asia regions. Despite the Covid-19 lockdowns, our passion for serving up the best Pilates experiences led us opening 5 more studios in Malaysia, one studio in Korea, and now we are excited to begin our new journey even in Thailand and Vietnam. 

Every instructor and client at Hills Pilates is committed to excellence. We believe that Pilates is more than satisfying physical existence. We believe that being in control of your body helps you to be in control of your life. And best of all, we believe that you can start anytime.
