Lagenda Inta Sdn Berhad, a joint-venture company between Inta Bina Group Berhad and Lagenda Properties Berhad, was incorporated on 26 January 2022, to carry out construction contracts and activities. 

Lagenda Inta Sdn Berhad, having her temporary head office at no. 21(1st Floor), Jalan SS15/8A, Subang Jaya, Selangor, will kick start construction of housing projects at Teluk Intan, Kedah, Pahang and Johore from year 2022.

Under the leadership of a team of professionals with extensive experience in the building and construction industry, Lagenda Inta Sdn Berhad is geared to construct and complete double-storey as well as courtyard homes totalling around RM1.3 billion at Teluk Intan, Kedah, Pahang and Johore within a period span of 5 to 7 years from 2022.
