LIFE was incorporated on 20th February 2006. It was founded by Mr. Johann Paul Gregory with this purpose in mind. To inspire people, to bring out the best in others, to help other people to do well in their personal life and to help companies to increase sales and profits with highly motivated employees. It is crucial because both employees and sales give life to a company.

A great leader himself, he was the only person who had 10 teams competing in Teaming For Excellence (TFE) competition and achieved the best in total factory in terms of having 14 employees with zero MC for 12 months consecutively in Motorola’s history.

He was the VP of ERA Network Malaysia - a company that operated by ERA Franchise System Inc. with more than 3,000 ERA offices and 40,000 brokers & sales associates in over 51 countries. He is known as a result-getter person. In sales, he

has achieved the Million Dollar Club, Qualifier for Sarawak, Pace Setter Bangkok, Taipei & Kun Ming trips, Financial Planner's Program Gold Qualifier, Top Agent award & AIG Golden Eagles Club Achiever.

A reliable and a high achiever person, he has experience in the service, financial, education and manufacturing industry.
