KOLEJ LINTON under the dynamic management of Prof. Lim Keng Bong, PMP, PPT, as the Chief Executive Officer, is one of the most advanced and the biggest private educational institution in the state of Perak and also the northern region of Malaysia. This well-established college coupled with promising career for its students has continually attracted students to join Kolej Linton. The new campus of this College, situated on a 7-acre land at the IGB International Industrial Park, stands out as the only campus in the Perak State to be operated by a Private College. Prior to this, the College had been operating in 4 different on-rent premises in Ipoh since it was first established in 1985. The first phase of this lively campus, which was fully utilized in early 1997. The four-storey buildings contain 80 lecture rooms which are fully equipped with advanced and modern facilities. The two-storey buildings are meant for various laboratories for the engineering studies. The second phase of the campus was ready by the year 2001 was was fully utilised later on in the year. Three blocks of building were constructed that make the accommodation halls, a fully equipped multipurpose hall and a 4 storey building which will consist of administrative floor, lecture theatres complete with audio visual facilities, language labs and computer labs. A wide range of courses is offered, at various levels from Skill, Diploma, Foundation, Higher National Diploma up to degree qualification. This well-known college has then developed rapidly and progressively in the development of higher education in Malaysia. The combination of Engineering, Business and Computing courses offered here leads Kolej Linton to be one of the leading private educational centres in Malaysia.
