Literacy World Sdn Bhd

English Champ is an English enrichment centre founded in 2001, specialising in curriculum for students aged two to 17.  We focus on the development of all four language skills - Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening.  At present, we have two branches in Petaling Jaya.  In 2012, we started a preschool enrichment programme for children aged two to five covering Mathematics, Science, Living Skills, Speech & Drama, Music & Movement, Mandarin and Malay language.  

Our mission statement is 'Combining the Methods of Teaching with the Skills of Learning'. Each person has his/ her unique learning styles. As such, we respect each child's learning abilities and incorporate various types of activities to help them grow in a non-stressful learning environment. 

Our objective is to promote language competence - the ability to read, write, speak and listen effectively with confidence, purpose and enjoyment. With this in mind, our programs have been created to be delivered in fun and exciting ways fulfill these objectives. In addition, to inculcate the love for reading at a young age, we have a library filled with books of various genres for our students to borrow home.
