Livingstone Beach Restaurant

 

We are looking for a talented, totally committed, imaginative and dynamic Head Chef with previous experience in the position, who will help to take the development of our food, menus and kitchen team to a new and challenging level. As Head Chef you will manage the kitchen team, creating menu development, standard development, service and food production and wastage costs. You will take control of all health and safety and statutory requirements within the kitchen, fostering a safe working environment with a motivated and well trained team.

Lots of renovation has been done in the run up to the restaurant re-opening at 1st of August so customer expectation is high. We’re looking for someone who is ready to work hard to give the restaurant an excellent reputation from day one and is ready to put everything into making that happen.
