LOW, VIGNESH & CO was first established in 2011 by our Mr. Low Boon Seong as a sole proprietor under the practice name of BOON & CO. In early 2014, Mr. C.Vignesh Kumar A/L Chellapah joined the firm as a partner. Our services encompass the substantive fields of conveyancing, corporate and commercial advisory as well as civil and criminal litigation matters.
