With over fourteen years experience in the industry, I have never been more dedicated and passionate about producing quality buffet style cuisine and westerns set banqueting. I am also well expose with outside catering style and production for other restaurants in Kuala Lumpur. My specialty is western cuisine as I have been working in the banqueting kitchen the entire time of my career. I am also capable of doing ala carte dishes for the coffee house kitchen and for the bistro kitchen. I am consistent with my work, punctual and a good team worker. I work well under pressure and stress and can cope with long hours of working.
