Incorporated in July 1999, we are in the business of property management - serving and rendering quality services that meet the demands, needs and expectations of JMBs, MCs, and strata-titled property owners.

Property Management services by definition from our point of view is to be in the position to holistically and competently provide, serve and discharge services i.e. General Cleaning and Upkeep, Security Services, Recreational Facilities Maintenance, Building Maintenance Services, Collection Management Fees, Administration and Management Services.

Intentionally kept short and simple, our vision is to be the best Property Management Company in town. And to start with, we have made Property Management its specialty and hence the company's motto: Property Management is our specialty.....and that's what we do best!

By our standard, an excellent property management has to be one that is in the position to enhance, value-add, promote, propel and elevate the image and status of the property it manages; thrusting the property to greater heights so that in totality it would be seen as a place safe, secured, clean, orderly, conducive and most of all, a good nice place to live in.
