Qualification/ Experience:

Minimum Degree in Accountancy/Finance. Professional accountancy Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
Minimum 5 years working experience in accounting (good understanding of standard costing and variance analysis). Thorough knowledge in product costing, variance analysis and inventory count.
Possess a strong level of analytical skills, numeracy, and strong financial and accounting understanding.
Ability to work independently under fast pace environment with minimal supervision.

Job Scope:

Oversee and supervise day-to-day accounting operations.
Compiling journal entries and billings and analyzing data to find trends. Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost-related records and databases. Track expenses information, compile expense data and update costing information.
Take charge of daily financial operation including cashflow management.
Perform cost analysis to identify contribution of each cost factor to overall costs.
Manage and control variances including efficiency/waste/labor/material usage variances.
Monitor actual costs against budgeted amounts and analyse variances.
Monitor and reconcile inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Collaborate with procurement and site teams to ensure efficient inventory control.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
Proactively and constructively providing guidance to improve operation performance and achieving cost competitiveness.
