Description :
· Set-up new Central Kitchen.
· Coordinating all F&B and manage day-to-day Central Kitchen operations.
· Oversees the function of all Food and Beverage team members, facilities, sales and costs to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.
· Plan, hire, train, manage & lead the members of F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel from kitchen helpers to Management team.
· Managing, forecasting, planning, sourcing and ordering food supplies, goods, kitchen utensils, cleaning products for the kitchen.
· Coordinates with the Chefs for the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times.
· Designing delicious and attractive menus and continuously making improvements.
· Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
· Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
· Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
· Review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction to recommend operating and marketing policies whenever a change in demand, customer dissatisfaction, or a change in competitive environment requires such changes.
· Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
· Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
· Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future branches operations.
· Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads).
· Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
