OEL was founded in 1975 in Kedah. We are an established Rice Distributor certified with ISO 9001:2008. We have 7 subsidiary companies customized on packing and wholesale of rice. There are in KL, Selangor, Perak, Kedah, Penang, JB and Negeri Sembilan.
