In the beginning, we started a restaurant in Osaka, and within 6 years we`ve opened up 6 branches within Osaka and Kyoto. Over these 6 years, our company`s sales have grown to 5 hundred million yen. In the midst of fierce competition, we believe ourselves to be the first to have set a trend and come out on top of the industry. Our flexible and open-ended mindset has allowed us to deliver quality food at low prices while challenging other restaurants and growing within the industry.

Management Philosophy>

 

We`ve gathered a diverse selection of people and are collectively chasing a larger dream while acting as a dream-maker for every person that works with us. We aim to become a company that can deliver happiness and fulfillment to every person we interact with.

 

How we began scaling overseas>

We work with an international guesthouse as our subsidiary company, and as such we`ve had a large and sudden increase in our foreign customer base from the year 2015. Thanks to the support we`ve received from such a large foreign customer base, we hold renewed confidence in the Japanese cuisine we serve to these customers. Due to this confidence, we would like to expand to developing countries, and believe that Malaysia, with its close social ties to Japan and stable economy, would be a good fit. We`d like to further understand Malaysia`s culture and people, and deliver authentic Japanese cuisine experiences at low prices to all of our customers. In order to do this, our menu has a wide range of 250 products which we can put on our customer`s tables quickly thanks to our efficient operations and management style of ``1 person working with the efficiency of 2``. This, in turn, allows our restaurants to reap high earnings with little effort, and trains our staff to grow and become the best within their various professions.
