Listen
We start by sitting down with you. We get to know you and your business. We find out how you work and how you need your phone system to work. Then, with that information in mind, we put together a Request for Proposal or RFP and distribute to vendors.
STUDY
Next, we analyse vendors’ bids – creating a spreadsheet summarizing the information and giving you our top three recommendations. The final three then come in for a presentation, so you can see first-hand how their products work.
NEGOTIATE
After that, we’ll tell you our favourite and why – so you can make an informed final decision. Once you do, we go over the contract with a fine-tooth comb, negotiate the lowest prices
