Job Description

Function:-

• Able to work independently and write an effective report to management
• Responsible for company-assigned project marketing
• Formulating and executing the marketing plan 
• Managing the project marketing and company properties profile
• Managing and supervising the sales team
• Involve in strategies planning for our company Property Club membership, marketing, and events organizing
• Strong oral and written proficiency in English, and speak Mandarin is an added advantage

Responsibilities:-

• To assist and provide support on the property/project sales and marketing activities including attending VIP clients, events organizing, publication, and media relationship liaison; 
• To prepare a marketing plan by conducting market research supported by data findings 
• To prepare and write a good effective report
• To develop and execute marketing plans and strategies effectively
• To lead and drive the sales team by providing training, and supervision to ensure sales target is hit
• To possess good corporate PR skills in attending to VIP clients and assisting in the company's long-term relationship management on project marketing
