l Compliance review of all internal & external function, such as ensuring that processes meet the ISO27001 MAS TRM policy standards and work with the Compliance Manager to manage risk.

l Maintain OCFT regulatory and compliance documents which include OCFT internal processes and procedures ensure they are up-to-date and comply with MAS and Clients inbound regulatory(e.g BSP) requirements

l Ensure ongoing processes and controls is complete and accurate record keeping of all documentation and relevant communications with internal stakeholders, regulators, and clients.

l Advise on, and escalate, higher risk relationships and reputation risks arising from clients.

l Provide full support on all risk and compliance matter, including periodic report and submission to risk & compliance committee.

l Designing and implementing an overall risk management policies and processes for the organization

l Performing a risk assessment: Analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company

l Performing a risk evaluation: Evaluating the company’s previous handling of risks, and comparing potential risks with criteria set out by the company such as costs and legal requirements

l Establishing the level of risk the company are willing to take Monitor and control risks within the organization;

l Risk reporting tailored to the relevant audience. (Educating the management team about the most significant risks to the business; ensuring business heads understand the risks that might affect their departments; ensuring individuals understand their own accountability for individual risks)

l Explaining the external risk posed by corporate governance to stakeholders

l Creating business continuity plans to limit risks

l Conducting policy and compliance audits, which will include liaising with internal and external auditors

l Take prompt remedial actions to track and address audit findings.

l Identify, escalate, and perform root cause analysis on operational risks, addressing delays and risks proactively.

l Building risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the company
