Osmotic Pool Service is a professional swimming pool service and maintenance company trusted by residential and commercial customers all over Penang and even the Northern Region of peninsular Malaysia. Established since 2014, we have an operation office in Prangin Mall, as well as a warehouse in Penang. We have been offering our famed one-stop services with dedication and highest proficiency to numerous happy customers over the years, garnering countless positive feedbacks and compliments.

Osmotic Pool Service was incorporated by Lucas Cheang, a dynamic and aspiring entrepreneur who harbours the hope of modernising the swimming pool industry by putting his years of accumulated experience to good use. After 7 years working for a chemical manufacturing and trading company, he was particularly well versed in swimming pool chemicals, amassing a great deal of invaluable knowledge and industry expertise which he picked up from a division he spearheaded.

The company started with Lucas leading 3 other employees plying their trade from a home office. With the professionalism and sincerity that they had shown, the company managed to signed up 8 customers initially, all of them pool cleaning works from condominiums across Penang island. Their good performance and proven results became the factors that contribute to their growing reputation, and they slowly worked their way up to more glitzy projects such as prominent hotels and resorts through word-of-mouth and recommendations.

Today, Osmotic Pool Service features a long list of portfolios, comprising of top-notch clients such as Golden Sands Resort (Batu Ferringhi) and Rasa Sayang Resort & Spa by Shangri-La, Holiday Inn by Asia Garden Group, G- Hotel, G-Kelawei, Mercure Penang Beach Hotel, Travelodge Georgetown, and many more. In terms of residential projects, we are also the preferred choice for Mira Residence, Tanjung Point Residences, Springtide Residences, The Regency, just to name a few. The company is currently thriving in a market of unceasing service request, blessed with the support of a team with 20 dedicated employees and growing rapidly.
